The anguish of a missing child is a heart-wrenching reality. Days can turn into years as families desperately search for their loved ones. Whether abducted, runaway, or groomed and lured by predators, these children face the horrors of sexual exploitation and trafficking. Each BIG Search event is a beacon of hope, a relentless pursuit to bring them home.
Hosting a BIG Search requires fundraising, helping with volunteer recruitment and oversight, and finding a training location. We provide training, materials, a mobile unit as a base camp, and additional resources to empower your team.
When you volunteer for a BIG Search, you will receive training from our team for the event. You’ll go out with a group of volunteers to canvas and search for missing children and distribute information about the local missing persons.
